Soft Skill Development

Company has developed Soft Skill Training Center since 7 October 2009. The purpose is to improve crew competitiveness in regard to communication, problem solving and leadership. Soft Skill is devided into three level : basic, intermediate, and advance.

EMBA Maritime Program

The Joint Operation among STC Group Holding B.V. Rotterdam, Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) and MCS Internasional. The program adopts a holistic view of shipping, integrating commercial, technological and financial aspects as well as maritime law, supply-chain management and leadership challenges, which is unique.

Maritime Training Center

Company with Universitas Trilogi own and manage Humpuss Trilogi Maritime Training Center located at Kalibata, Jakarta Selatan. By having strategic location, Company believes this Training Center will be able to develop and build skill of crew since the instructor has experienced in LNG vessels and Ocean Going vessels.
