COURSE OBJECTIVES
Upon the completion of the course, the learner are expected to :

  1. have good communication with others / team. Having good comunication enable the learners to communicate clearly and focus in order that both parties obtain the similar meaning from the information conveyed.
  2. be a problem solver; analytical phase, creative and implementation plan.
    In analytical phase : environmental analysis, problem recognition and identification, root cause analysis
    In creative phase; generating alternatives and choosing among alternatives
    In implementation plan phase  making a detail and systematic implementation plan.
  3. Have a good leadership; what is leader, task and role a leader, type of leader, character of leader.

 

Games Participation

To gain useful result, learners should have positive attitude. All learners are expected to come to course prepared. All required suits, shoes and other attributes should be completed and learners should e ready to actively participate to the games and respect to other’s opinion. A score for participation will be counted in the first score as well.

Focus Group Discussion

To gain insight of the game, learners should have positive thinking. All learners are expected to join the discussion prepared. They should be completed with paper, pen and should be ready to actively participate in giving input or insight as well as respect to other’s opinion. There is no score at this Focus Group Discussion.
